How do I cancel my subscription?

Your subscription can be cancelled at any time by signing into paypal and clicking cancel on the live simply subscription. We make life easy  so you can live simply  J . We make paypal do all that banking stuff because we are too cool to be bankers.  Paypal like looking after money, counting it and so on, I don’t think they get out much but they are good at what they do!

When can I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel your subscription at anytime and no further payments will be taken. However we strongly advise against cancelling your subscription as that means you cant access the site anymore.  I heard from this drunk guy down the pub that livesimply was proven to improve happiness by 725% its  your choice but don’t say I didn’t warn you.

Why do you use paypal?

Paypal are the biggest and safest online bank and they ensure that all payments are secure. We hold no banking details and paypal control all subscriptions.  Paypal are safer than really safe stuff like houses, in fact paypal are safer than houses even those houses the celebrities get with safe rooms and security guards.

How do I subscribe?

Just click on sign up! Follow the details onscreen! Yeah do it! You won’t regret it! This will change your life forever!  

I don’t have paypal email yet, can I still subscribe?

If you don’t yet have a paypal email just enter the email which you use most frequently and sign up, it really only takes 2 minutes. We insist all our users use paypal so that their security is guaranteed.

I cant sign in why?

Are you trying to get a free subscription? No you aren’t allowed! I need some shoes!

Have you subscribed? Sounds crazy but maybe everything didn’t go through. Sign into paypal and check everything went through. While you are there check the username and password are correct. Ok so you have checked you are a member and you have the right details, ok make sure now that you put your details in the members box.

Why is the property I liked not there anymore?

Sorry to say this but the property has probably been taken or the landlord has deleted the ad for some reason. You were too slow! You need to be like a predator when you see the perfect place pounce just like a lion.  Before you start searching for the day you need to prepare yourself for the task.  Look in the mirror and growl like a hungry lion then say I am a predator I will find the perfect home 3 times. A spiritual leader told me this worked and I never looked back.

How do I find a nice property?

Read the hints and tips in the resources section. Apparently you always find what you are looking for when you stop looking. I don’t think that works with property though.

I can’t find what I am looking for?

Contact us and tell us which areas you are looking in and what price and we will do our best to source some good properties for you. We can’t guarantee anything since we cant build or create the perfect home, but we can do our best to find what is available. The properties will be added to the database as soon as possible.

Why do you charge subscriptions?

Charging landlords limits the selection available to tenants. We want to find you the best selection available, if we charged the landlords some would refuse to add the property, this way we find all the best properties for a small weekly fee. We spend a million squillion hours looking for properties every day and we aren’t letting you get all our hard work for free! That would be stupid, like even stupider than really stupid stuff like giving your right arm for a packet of cheese and onion crisps. No one likes cheese and onion.

But landlords are all rich?

Yes we know, but if you want the best properties we need to tempt the landlords, they are tempted by the free adverts.  We are sure you will agree that a small weekly fee is a fair price to pay in order to get such a good website. You want a nice place don’t you! Well then!

I like a property but I don’t want to pay!

There’s no such thing as a free lunch! Also there’s no such thing as finding a good property for free. It takes time, effort and lots of patience.  No you aren’t getting it free!  I have no shoes, my feet are cold and all the people who paid will come and get me!
